Once I fully understand your business and where you want to get to, we can begin to define how we want to get there. This might involve a full ecommerce audit, UX evaluation and testing strategy for your current website, a comprehensive look at your existing marketing channels (and channels you may not have considered), a detailed dive into your website analytical data, and a review of your current business team and/or agency partners. Although understanding your customers and market is critical to what I do, you know your business and customers far better than I do so making best use of that knowledge is vital too; ultimately I’m just here to drive incredible ecommerce growth and make sure you’re spending your resources in the correct areas. It’s a journey I’ve successfully navigated many times in the past for many high growth ecommerce brands, and when I say “ecommerce brands”, I mean brands actually selling products online (occasionally people can muddy that definition a little).
Agency Selection & Management
Finding the right agency partners to grow your business is not easy. How do you even start selecting the right agency to help your business grow? If you don't have any expertise in website development for example (and why would you), how do you know if what a development agency is telling you is honest and correct? My extensive experience and skill set allows me to talk natively to agencies across a huge range of areas, including web development (e.g. Magento and Woocommerce), branding and digital marketing, to ensure your business is working with the right people and that they're giving you honest and transparent information.
Oh, and one more thing, I'm completely impartial when it comes to recommending the right agencies or partners to work with; no one agency is right for every client in every situation. Consequently, I never take any referral fees or kick backs from agencies.
